Job description
- Customer Support: Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing portals
- Troubleshooting: Resolve basic Windows 10-11/macOS issues, Microsoft 365 problems, Google Environment, and network connectivity
- Administrative Tasks: Handle password resets, MFA setup, and basic account verification
- Ticket Management: Create, update, and document detailed troubleshooting steps in ticketing systems
- Escalation: Identify complex issues and escalate them to Tier 2 support
- Website Administration: Maintain, update, and manage the technical and content aspects of the website, ensuring functionality, security, and optimal user experience
- VIOP: Maintain Voice Over Internet Phone system
Requirements
- Education: Associate's degree in IT or 13 years of equivalent experience
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with computer hardware, mobile devices, and common business applications
- Soft Skills: Strong customer service, interpersonal communication, and attention to detail
CERTIFICATIONS: CompTIA A+ or Network+
