Job description

  • Customer Support: Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing portals
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve basic Windows 10-11/macOS issues, Microsoft 365 problems, Google Environment, and network connectivity
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle password resets, MFA setup, and basic account verification
  • Ticket Management: Create, update, and document detailed troubleshooting steps in ticketing systems
  • Escalation: Identify complex issues and escalate them to Tier 2 support
  • Website Administration: Maintain, update, and manage the technical and content aspects of the website, ensuring functionality, security, and optimal user experience
  • VIOP: Maintain Voice Over Internet Phone system

Requirements

  • Education: Associate's degree in IT or 1–3 years of equivalent experience
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with computer hardware, mobile devices, and common business applications
  • Soft Skills: Strong customer service, interpersonal communication, and attention to detail

CERTIFICATIONS: CompTIA A+ or Network+
