C++ Software Engineer - Active Secret clearance required

• Implement and test networking protocols and socket programming.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate software solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to ensure optimal system performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of software development practices.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred, * Proficiency in C++ programming.

• Experience with networking protocols and socket programming.
• Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.
• US Citizenship required

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• Software development experience in a Linux environment.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with the QT Framework.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
• Understanding of Submarine Warfare Federated Tactical Systems (SWFTS).
• Familiarity with Git version control system.
• Knowledge of submarine systems and operations.
