Job description
· Deliver strong shop level operations, and profitable top line sales growth through the successful execution of company initiatives.
· Provide structured feedback and effective coaching and counseling to the Franchisees on performance and growth.
· Understands and drives company business metrics to ensure effectiveness, high performance, and profitability.
· Responsible to meet or exceed KPI's set annually.
· Execution of the business plan to drive shop operational performance and unit level economics.
· Utilize tools provided to ensure execution of Rita's Operational and Brand Standards.
· Lead and influence across multiple levels within the Franchisee community and Headquarters team.
· Identify objectives and systems to improve underperforming shops.
· Support regional and national meetings as directed.
· Actively participate in cross functional Cool Support Center meetings, as needed.
· Cultivate a culture of high performance and accountability centered around the Rita's Way fundamentals.
· Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
· Collaborate as needed with cross-functional teams to launch and achieve targeted results for brand programs and initiatives.
· Implementation and training for new products, roll outs, programs, and equipment in the Rita's System
· Coordinate, train, and execute assigned new shop openings and transfers.
· Work with franchisees to plan and execute local store marketing programs.
· Communicate to immediate supervisor and Franchisee any non-compliant situations in field regarding RFC's policies, procedures, and Brand Standards
· Perform shop visits to ensure the proper display and application of corporate branding materials, shop manager development, local store marketing, and educating and supporting shops with best practices.
· Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or
assigned.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Productivity software?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, · 4-year college degree or equivalent business related experience.
· 2-5 years of related management experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry.
· Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
· Exude a strong professional presence when working with different personality traits.
· Ability to communicate verbally and written in a professional and positive manner, to leadership, as well as internally and externally.
· Required computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
· Marketing skill: Basic knowledge of social media.
· POS knowledge and proficiency
· Certified Food Safety Manager Certificate (ServSafe).
· Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to coach, influence and motivate others.
· Strong analytical, time management and problem-solving skills.
· Valid driver license and insurance for travel within the US.
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to taste and smell the products.
· Stand for long periods of time.
· Domestic travel by car and/or air can vary from 1-14-day periods.
· Work "restaurant hours" including weekends, evenings, and mornings.
· May be required to work holidays.
· Must be able to lift to 50 pounds.
· Must be willing and able to operate all equipment used in shop operations.
· Perform repetitive tasks, i.e. scooping, stirring, and lifting.
· Required to travel up to 80% of the work schedule in any given week. States currently include Pittsburgh, Michigan, Chicago, Indiana, Upstate NY, Columbus, Dayton and Toledo
