Requirements

Technicians will assist with deployment, replacement, setup, troubleshooting, inventory tracking, and onsite user support while working in a fast-paced deployment environment. Required Skills:

  • Experience deploying and configuring Windows desktop and laptop computers
  • Basic knowledge of workstation imaging and deployment processes
  • Experience setting up monitors, docking stations, printers, and peripherals
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to follow deployment schedules and written procedures
  • Basic troubleshooting skills related to hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Experience updating tickets and documenting completed work
  • Ability to work independently and within deployment teams
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Maricopa County
  • Professional and customer-focused approach

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting desktop refresh or hardware deployment projects
  • Experience with SCCM, MDT, Intune, Autopilot, or similar deployment tools
  • Enterprise or government IT support experience
  • Asset tracking and inventory management experience
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and basic network troubleshooting

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop support, deployment, or technical support roles

OR * Equivalent combination of education and related technical experience Education Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid Arizona Driver's License or ability to obtain one at the time of hire
  • Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience participating in large-scale PC refresh initiatives
  • Experience in enterprise, government, or public sector environments
  • Knowledge of workstation setup, cable management, and hardware installation best practices
