As our Technical Onboarding & Support Specialist, your mission will be to ensure every new customer is confident and ready to use our RFID system. You'll combine customer service skills with technical knowledge to make onboarding smooth and stress-free.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Hosting onboarding calls with new customers via Google Meet
- Walking customers through software setup and initial hardware configuration
- Providing step-by-step troubleshooting for both software and RFID hardware
- Responding to customer questions via email with clear, actionable solutions
- Creating and sharing helpful follow-up guides, videos, and documentation
- Maintaining accurate records of onboarding progress and technical resolutions
- Collaborating with our development and support teams to improve processes and tools
Requirements

We're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Onboarding & Support Specialist to help new customers successfully set up and start using Simple RFID. You'll be the go-to person for answering technical questions, walking clients through software and hardware setup, and ensuring they have everything they need to succeed from day one., * REQUIRED: Fluency in Spanish. We have multiple customers and prospects who primarily speak Spanish and need support.
- Strong technical aptitude; comfortable with computers, software, basic networking, and troubleshooting
- Clear, friendly communicator-especially over Google Meet and email
- Patient, methodical problem-solver who enjoys helping customers succeed
- Organized, self-motivated, and proactive with customer follow-ups
- Able to quickly learn new tools and confidently teach them to others
- Experience in technical support, customer onboarding, or IT help desk is a plus
- Interest in technology, logistics, inventory, or operations is a bonus
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience supporting SaaS products or hardware/software integrations
- Familiarity with RFID, inventory management, or related technologies
- Working knowledge of Windows, basic networking, and peripheral device setup
- Experience creating customer-facing documentation, tutorials, or training materials
- Comfortable using AI tools to work more efficiently and improve customer support
