Job description
- Build and deploy LLM-based features in production
- Manage prompt engineering, versioning, and optimization
- Implement output validation, guardrails, and fallback mechanisms
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
- Apply controlled generation with input/output policy filters
- Monitor and improve LLM performance in production
Requirements
- 3+ years experience shipping LLM features in production
- Strong experience in prompt engineering & version control
- Hands-on experience with RAG or vector databases
- Knowledge of LLM safety, guardrails, and output validation
- Python and ML/AI frameworks experience
- Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform preferred)
