Job description

We are seeking an experienced Test Data Management (TDM) Architect / Lead to drive enterprise-wide TDM initiatives across large transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Test Data Management, Data Masking, Synthetic Data Generation, and TDM automation platforms.

This role involves architecting scalable, secure, and self-service test data solutions that support functional, regression, performance, and load testing while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations., * Lead enterprise Test Data Management strategy and implementation.

  • Design and build automated self-service TDM solutions.
  • Implement:
  • Data Provisioning
  • Data Masking
  • Data Subsetting
  • Synthetic Data Generation
  • Define strategies to reduce dependency on production data.
  • Partner with QA, DevOps, Security, Compliance, and Data Engineering teams.
  • Establish TDM governance, standards, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and enterprise security policies.
  • Support performance, regression, and large-scale testing initiatives.
  • Mentor junior TDM resources and provide technical leadership.
  • Support client solutioning, estimations, and enterprise transformation programs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Test Data Management (TDM)
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Masking
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with K2View
  • Strong experience with:
  • Synthetic Data Generation
  • Data Obfuscation
  • Data Subsetting
  • Test Data Provisioning
  • Experience with TDM tools such as:
  • K2View
  • GenRocket
  • Delphix
  • IBM Optim
  • Broadcom TDM
  • Strong SQL and database experience:
  • Oracle

  • Snowflake
  • Experience supporting:
