Application Engineer Automation (human)

• Design and implement advanced Python applications
• Work closely with our software development teams to integrate and fine-tune robotic functionalities

Solution Development, Testing & System Design

• Construct and design complete robot-based applications - from end effectors to full integrated systems
• Develop and configure solutions that include robots, cameras, conveyors, PLCs, and other automation hardware
• Conduct real-world testing to validate performance, reliability, and usability
• Spend approximately 20% of your time at customer sites to test and implement applications in real-world environments
• Troubleshoot and continuously optimize solutions for improved efficiency and scalability

Market Analysis & Requirements Gathering

• Perform detailed market analysis to uncover automation needs and use cases
• Translate insights into clear, actionable technical requirements for our development teams

Do you have experience in Python?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, You are a technology enthusiast who wants to change the world for the better. You are passionate about your work, driven by a problem-solving mentality and have the following skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Python programming
• Hands-on experience with computer vision is a big plus
• Solid understanding of robotics systems, PLCs, and automation technologies
• Experience in system-level design of robotic applications is highly desirable
• Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable requirements
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability in dynamic environments
• You have a perfect command of the English language and, best of all, speak German well
