Job description
The neuragym is Neura's dedicated robot training facility, where humanoid and other robots are trained. You will be part of a three-person on-site IT team, working closely with the central IT team at Neura group headquarters. Your focus: keeping the Linux infrastructure stable and ensuring training data flows reliably from the training cells to the cloud., * Administration and lifecycle management of the virtual Linux server fleet: provisioning, patching, hardening
- Configuration management and automation with Ansible, shell, and Python
- Operation and monitoring of the data pipeline from training cell capture through the Nutanix HCI platform to cloud upload
- Monitoring system performance and infrastructure health; proactively identifying and resolving anomalies
- Close collaboration with the HQ IT team and Nutanix vendor support on platform topics
- Supporting developers with the integration of IT infrastructure into robotics and data products
- Linux client support for on-site developers and engineers
- Maintaining operational documentation and runbooks
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Degree in an IT-related field or completed IT apprenticeship, in both cases with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Extensive experience in Linux system administration (Ubuntu/Debian preferred)
- Proficiency with Ansible and scripting languages (Python, shell)
- Experience with virtualised infrastructure and HCI platforms (Nutanix AHV or equivalent)
- Basic knowledge of Windows system administration
- Understanding of storage and networking concepts in high-throughput environments
- Independent, structured working style
- Fluent English, spoken and written (B2+)
- LPIC-1 or comparable Linux certification desirable
