Job description

In this role, you will collaborate closely with a cross-disciplinary research-and-development team to conceptualize, architect, and implement software for processes, devices, and systems used in 3D nano print applications. This position plays a crucial role in driving innovation and ensuring the seamless integration of new technologies into existing systems. Your tasks

  • Develop and maintain automation software for devices and systems using C# and Python
  • Collaborate with R&D and industrial engineering teams on new product ideas, process improvements, and customer-specific software solutions
  • Continuous improvement of the development and deployment process
  • Design and implement unit and integration tests
  • Provide clear and comprehensive documentation and version control

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in industrial and device-related software development, ideally using C# and python
  • Familiarity with source control and optional CI/CD
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in an interdisciplinary environment
  • Experience with image processing using HALCON or other image processing libraries is preferred
  • Experience with agile project management is preferred
