What We're Looking For8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, ideally in backend technologies (Java/Spring or PHP/Symfony preferred).Proven leadership experience as a Tech Lead or CTO in a startup or fast-growing digital company.Strong grasp of Cloud Native environments: Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, service mesh, infrastructure-as-code.Expertise in designing and scaling data architectures, including pipelines for stream/batch processing and data warehousing.Deep understanding of software architecture, testing, design patterns, and team workflows in agile development environments.Track record of hiring, mentoring, and scaling high-performing engineering teams.Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on, get-it-done approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-able to translate tech into business.Fluency in both English and Spanish.Bonus: Experience in FinTech or similar regulated markets and building AI-first digital products.
