If you are passionate about shaping the future of telecommunications, this is your place!Activity description and concrete tasks:Acceptence Tests and support for field operations with start-up installation of Switches and Routers from Cisco and Juniper.2nd-Level Incident Management: Handle and resolve incidents escalated from first-line support, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions.Problem Management: Identify recurring issues and develop long-term solutions, collaborating with compute automation developers to enhance automation processes.Interface Collaboration: Work closely with first-line support, DT-ISP, FOPS (eg. for initial operation or RMA processes), and automation developers to ensure smooth
