Ensure the team understands their work's goals, purpose, and implementation details. Set clear, trackable goals so the team knows what success looks like and can adjust as needed. Team Management
Manage the team as a whole and each individual member, including both developers and QA engineers. Plan and implement training to maintain a balance of competencies and avoid knowledge silos. Organize work so the team can perform tasks independently while monitoring execution. Conduct hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of new team members to ensure smooth integration. Conduct 1-on-1 meetings to discuss workload, interests, and team dynamics. Develop personal growth plans for team members and conduct performance reviews. Motivate team members, retain key personnel, and address discipline issues when necessary. Foster effective collaboration, resolve conflicts and maintain a productive, positive team atmosphere.
