HTML/CRM Designer

Developing and realizing interdisciplinary design concepts Develop a brand/project's design consistently across different media Interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues from strategy, creation, production and management of external partners Utilize HTML/CSS and email marketing best practices to create and code interactive experiences for email. Develop/modify email templates and existing campaigns. Contribute to the continued modernization and evolution of the brand. Apply the best practices in email development. Ensure identical rendering across browsers, ESPs, and devices. Troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and other performance issues.

Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma Working knowledge of Canva and MailChimp; eager to learn new tools as needed Strong foundation in HTML/CSS with email-specific coding experience Proficient in responsive email design and front-end development Experience with Google Ad Display formats and understanding of website builders 3+ years of proven experience in CRM design Ability to adapt to and work across multiple brand guidelines Skilled at interpreting design briefs and copy to bring creative concepts to life Collaborative team player with a strong ability to work independently Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle-from concept to delivery Demonstrated ability to deliver work within defined scope, timeline, and budget Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness in problem-solving Fluent in Spanish; advanced proficiency in English Benefits and Perks
