Development Team Lead

We are seeking a Development Team Lead to spearhead a greenfield initiative focused on integrating DEX crypto trading into the TradingView ecosystem. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in blockchain technologies, data integration, and scalable system design. You will lead a cross-functional team within the Data Integration cluster, responsible for ingesting and harmonizing blockchain data to power TradingView's charting and trading tools.

How You'll Drive Success Define and drive the technical vision and architecture for ingesting and integrating blockchain and DEX data into TradingView's infrastructure. Stay current with developments in blockchain, DeFi, and data engineering to inform technical direction and innovation. Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and documentation through code reviews and technical guidance. Work closely with the Product Manager to align technical execution with product goals and timelines. Partner with DevOps, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure robust deployment, monitoring, and compliance practices. Provide regular coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members. Support hiring efforts by identifying talent needs, participating in interviews, and onboarding new team members. Proven experience leading software development teams, ideally in fintech, crypto, or data-intensive environments. Strong expertise in blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and DEX protocols (e.g., Uniswap, 0x, SushiSwap). Solid understanding of data ingestion pipelines, real-time data processing, and API integrations. Proficiency in modern programming languages (Go, Python). Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with data modeling and system analysis.
