The position requires a highly qualified, self-motivated employee with a love for tool optimization, and a drive for efficiency and process improvement.\nYour Responsibilities:Maintenance and daily management of NetSuite, including general system administrationMaintain up-to-date knowledge of business application functionality, customization, and integrationsBuild and support business intelligence dashboards with NetSuite data, saved searches in NetSuite, and other operational reports reliant on NetSuite dataMaintain and update custom fields, forms, records, lists, scripts, and workflows to meet business needs; coordinate User Acceptance testing tasksBuild, implement, and maintain proper system permissions access for all rolesProvide front-line support for all users with consideration for all aspects of NetSuite, data maintenance, and other business applicationsServe as the sole point of contact for NetSuite support and all third party integrated app partnersCollaborate and partner with internal teams to ensure the design and functionality of NetSuite is driving value and efficiency for the organizationReview system upgrades to evaluate the impact on processes, configurations, and customizationsHave a thorough understanding of business processes including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Fixed Assets, and Record to ReportMaintain NetSuite SuiteFlow & Advanced ApprovalsAnalyze complicated problems and requests and provide recommendations on how NetSuite can be used to address themProvide thought leadership to Finance team and internal product roadmaps, as well as flagging
