iconic automative brand. * Understand social media initiatives, strategic position and target audience * Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines * Manage the visual side of the Social Media Calendar * Conduct image research: sourcing the best visuals to achieve the strongest composition for each campaign and deliverable * Present complete ideas and the art designs of social media client / team members * Own smaller projects or a small part of bigger projects and make sure that all design tasks are completed with an excellent outcome. About youThe essentials: * 3+ years of proven work experience with all stages of the creative process in advertising or communications agencies. Proven experience working as an Art designer.* Significant Adobe CC skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, etc).* Bonus points if you are competent in additional programs (i.e. Figma, Sketch, AfterEffects, editing/color-editing).* Fluent in English.* Clear understanding of fundamentals such as typography, interaction design, flow and storytelling, get teams to improve the work on both an aesthetic and functional level.* Not afraid of doing repetitive work when necessary.* Experience with powerpoint / G-slides and putting together client decks.* Curiosity, creativity, above-average commitment, a keen eye for detail and a high visual quality standard.* Great team player and willing to walk the extra mile, always supporting the whole team with your craft and ideas.* Humble and open to feedback and proactive in seeking ways to develop when time allows.About MonksMonks is the global, purely digital, unitary operating brand of S4Capital plc.
