As Head of AI Enablement & Communities, you will play a pivotal leadership role in scaling AI adoption across the organization by building the capabilities, confidence, and culture needed for safe and effective AI usage at enterprise scale. Your mission is to drive AI literacy, enablement, governance awareness, and community engagement, ensuring that more than 12,000 employees can meaningfully and responsibly leverage AI in their daily work. You will define and lead the global strategy for AI democratization, including enablement programs, prompt engineering standards, citizen development frameworks, and a global AI community of practice. Acting as both a strategist and transformation leader, you will partner closely with HR, IT, Legal, Security, and business leaders to ensure AI adoption is structured, safe, and value-driven.
