Frontend Developer

Blue Code Alicante is hiring a Senior Frontend Developer to join a dedicated team building an enterprise platform for 3D product configuration and personalization. You will work closely with our engineers in Alicante, take ownership of the frontend direction and deliver complex features with a pragmatic balance of speed, quality and maintainability.ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver complex frontend features end to end, from concept to productionOwn and evolve scalable frontend architecture and shared foundationsBuild mainly with Angular and adapt when needed to Vue and StencilJSCreate and govern reusable libraries, shared packages and design system building blocksImprove tooling and developer experience in an Nx monorepo environment (Vite, ESBuild)Integrate frontend with backend services and external client systemsProactively address performance, scalability and maintainability risksMaintain quality through testing strategy, reviews and best practicesMentor teammates through reviews, pairing and technical guidanceContribute to Agile Scrum planning, refinement and technical decisionsRequirementsMinimum 6 years of Frontend experience building production web applicationsStrong JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentalsSolid Angular experience and confidence working across multi framework environmentsProven experience designing maintainable architecturesExperience creating reusable components, libraries and shared packagesStrong debugging skills and comfort working with performance constraintsOwnership mindset, clear communication and fluent EnglishExperience working in Agile Scrum teamsTech stack (current environment): Angular 17+, Vue 2+, StencilJS, TypeScript, Nx, Zustand, Tailwind, Vite, ESBuild, Kubernetes, REST APIsNice to haveStencilJS and web components experienceNx monorepos, Vite and ESBuild experienceTailwind and design system experienceFrontend testing, CI CD improvements and AI assisted development toolsBenefitsFull time job, 40h per weekCompetitive and negotiable salary based on experience and skillsAnnual performance reviewsInternational environment (english speaking)Hybrid work model, 2 days office in Alicante and 3 days remoteLong term stable projectInternal growth potentialAnnual team meetings in the Netherlands
