Help our customer resolve their issuesAs Support Analyst, you will dive into a world of code, database systems, virtualization technologies, networks, servers, and more as you draw on your already extensive experience to resolve customer issues. Doing so, you can look forward to managing incident reports from the customer's second-level support and communicating directly with their IT staff to resolve the issues.More specifically, you will:Handle incoming reports and requests in our ticket systemResearch, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve issues Experienced software developer eager to explore new techsYou are known as a self-motivated and proactive problem solver. Your great interpersonal skills ensure that you can collaborate with colleagues as well as customers in a global setting. Also, you are always looking to learn and adopt new technical skills. Locate, create, and manage workaroundsHave a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent Have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java as the primary language, but proficiency in other languages is advantageousHave experience with Docker/ContainersAre familiar with Linux or other Unix-based operating systemsAre proficient in web technologiesHave experience in running and tuning databases, such as MySQLKnow about infrastructure, network technologies and application securityFamiliarity with Bash, Python, PHP, Perl, Java, Tomcat, Nginx is a plusSpeak and write English Being part of a dynamic and highly motivated international multicultural team of skilled professionals. ️ Working model: Hybrid (twice a week at the office).
