Software Engineering Manager

In the Data Integration cluster, we're focusing on what enables any analytical platform to be great: Data and its quality. The Software Engineering Manager will lead software development initiatives, design software solutions, manage delivery timelines, and oversee the creation of the internal toolset, which will automate internal processes. With tens of data sources, multiple data providers, and near-real-time data streaming, it lies at the heart of our infrastructure.

How You'll Drive Success Optimize CI/CD processes to ensure high standards of software delivery. Further expand on the automation of Data Ops and Integration teams' tasks. With other team leads, design and lead the development of infrastructural components of our cluster, formulating and adopting best practices with robust instruments. Strong Software Development and Software Architecture skills Broad technological outlook Team Leadership and Project Management skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with Distributed Systems Experience with Python, Golang stacks Solid understanding of modern deployment infrastructure, like Kubernetes and Cloud environments Experience working with continuous delivery pipelines
