Game Designer (UI/UX

*Design fun and immersive gameplay and meta-game systems, following briefings.

*Taking care of the whole design documentation with especial focus on UI fakes and flows and the overall User Experience.

*Overall work in creative, benchmarking and analysis-related tasks (playtests, surveys, tracking data) to continuously improve User Experience.

*Follow-up, maintenance and continuous improvement of assigned features

*Coordinate with your teammates: coordinating with art and development teams assigned to the project with the associated producer

*Strong knowledge of UI/UX Design

*Proven experience (2+ years) working in this area of game design

*Able to convey ideas concisely as part of a detailed analysis (of a briefing or request), and to clearly formalize complex concepts and ideas

*Able to illustrate and/or prototype your ideas visually using standard industry production tools (Figma, Confluence, Photoshop, etc.)

*Good documentation skills & attention to detail

*Passion for creating video games

*Knowledge of classic console and freemium mobile game market

*Motivation and ability to communicate as part of the project development team;

*Able to listen to feedback from other people to achieve the best possible quality

*Good level of English

Assets:

*Experience working in racing games

*Experience working in multiple platforms (ideally a mobile one + a PC/Console one)

*Racing fan or gamer
