Your main tasks will be:
- Analyze and understand system mechanical requirements for fluid, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Define conceptual 3D designs for feasibility and technical studies
- Propose solutions and alternatives to system installations or modifications, including suggestions for improvement
- Collaborate with other disciplines (e.g., structures, stress) in concurrent engineering environments
- Prepare detailed documentation of mechanical installations according to customer guidelines and tools
- Clearly present complex topics both verbally and in written form
- Maintain effective dialogue with the client to ensure requirements and feedback are fully captured and addressed
Requirements
In this role, you will contribute your expertise in the design and integration of fluid, electrical, and mechanical systems within the aerospace sector. Your responsibilities will span conceptual design, system integration, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in design and/or MAP support is essential to ensure high-quality system implementation and optimization., * You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent)
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in design and/or MAP (Mise à Point) support
- You demonstrate understanding of the functional features of systems within the aerospace domain (beyond purely mechanical design)
- You have working proficiency in Spanish (C1) and a minimum B2 level of English (C1 preferred)
Mandatory skills:
- Execution, revision and validation of mechanical installation of systems
- Advanced knowledge of CATIA V5 in modules related to piping (tubing) and electrical routing
- Detailed documentation of systems for manufacturing and installation purposes
- Spanish (C1), minimum B2 level of English (C1 preferred)
Optional skills (a plus):
- Experience with 3D Experience or Full3D environments
- Knowledge of Flight Test Installation (FTI) systems
- Broader understanding of system functional behavior and interdependencies
Mastered Tools:
- CAD: CATIA V5 (Piping, Tubing, and Electrical Routing Modules)
- Additional tools: 3D Experience (desirable)
