Backend team Lead

We're looking for a hands-on Team Lead to guide our backend team: someone who loves solving complex technical challenges, enjoys helping engineers grow, and wants to build systems that really matter to users around the world. Experience building and maintaining high-load, high-availability services 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role 5+ years of software development experience Familiarity with CI/CD practices (e.g., Jenkins) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with PostgreSQL (or other relational databases) Strong communication and leadership skills English B2 or higher It'll also be an advantage if:
