This is how we make the incredible happen, every day. As a BI Specialist, you play a key role in strengthening data-driven decision making within a complex and evolving organization. You contribute to building clear, reliable insights that support business performance and digital transformation. You'll be working in a data-driven environment where information management is continuously evolving. Within a multidisciplinary team, there is a strong focus on improving data quality, standardization, and usability. Collaboration is key: you'll work closely with product owners, analysts, architects, and business users to translate data into actionable insights. What you'll be doing as a BI Specialist:
- Designing and developing dashboards in Power BI
- Leading stakeholder alignment on information needs
- Translating requirements into data models and visuals
- Performing ETL activities to extract and prepare data
- Validating data quality and ensuring consistency
- Owning delivery of BI solutions end-to-end
- Contributing to BI architecture and data design
- Aligning with stakeholders on design and functionality
- Improving data processes and reporting standards
- Driving adoption of data and insights across the business
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Business & IT
- 10+ years in BI and data environments
- Proven expertise in Power BI, SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS
- Skilled in ETL processes and data preparation
- Ability to translate business needs into BI solutions
- Experience delivering solutions end-to-end
- Proactive and self-starting mindset
- Comfortable in complex and evolving environments
- Strong communication skills in English
