  • Design and analyse A/B tests, experiments and other measurement frameworks
  • Develop and maintain key business metrics, KPIs and reporting frameworks that scale across teams
  • Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences

  • Hands-on experience with BI and visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Google Data Studio or equivalent)
  • Solid grounding in Excel and spreadsheet-based analysis for stakeholder-facing work
  • Working knowledge of statistical methods, experimental design and basic hypothesis testing
  • Familiarity with data manipulation libraries (Python pandas, R) is a plus, especially at senior levels
  • Comfortable working with messy, real-world data and varied data structures

Analytical & Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving mindset; able to break down vague business questions into structured analytical approaches
  • Naturally curious about the business behind the data
  • Excellent communication skills-able to explain analytical findings to commercial, marketing, product and executive audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and rigour in methodology and validation
  • Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable learning new tools, datasets and domains
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment

Domain Flexibility:

  • Roles span commercial, digital, customer, product, marketing, financial and operational analytics specialisms
  • Background in any of these is welcomed; appetite to learn an adjacent domain valued just as much

Experience Level:

  • Minimum 2+ years for Data Analyst, 4+ for Senior Data Analyst, 7+ for Lead Data Analyst
  • Background in analytics, BI, business intelligence, data science or related analytical discipline
  • Examples of analyses, dashboards or insight projects you've owned end-to-end

Benefits & conditions

  • The opportunity to work on commercially meaningful problems where analysis genuinely drives decisions
  • Exposure to modern data tools, platforms and methodologies
  • Roles at the level you're ready for-we're hiring across the IC analyst spectrum
  • A collaborative environment where analytical rigour is valued
  • Clear scope to develop specialist domain expertise or stay broad across business areas
  • Flexible working arrangements (on-site, hybrid or remote) and supportive team culture
