Job description
We are looking for hospitality-experienced individuals to join our EPOS technical helpdesk team, supporting hospitality businesses across the UK.
This is a structured career move into a technology support environment. No formal IT experience is required as full training is provided.
We're looking for people who are comfortable working with systems, solving problems, and learning how hospitality technology operates in real-world environments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing phone, email, and remote technical support (helpdesk environment)
- Supporting EPOS systems, payment devices, printers, and connectivity issues
- Helping hospitality venues resolve live trading disruptions
- Prioritising incidents based on business impact and urgency
- Supporting restaurants, bars, hotels, and multi-site operators
- Logging, diagnosing, and resolving technical support tickets
- Delivery software & hardware solutions
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Restaurant experience?, * Understanding the pressure of busy hospitality service periods
- Dealing with customer issues quickly and calmly
- Understanding urgency when service is disrupted
We teach you the systems. You bring the real-world operational experience., * Experience in hospitality (bar, restaurant, hotel, or similar environment)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Logical thinking and the ability to follow structured processes
- Comfortable learning and working with digital systems
- Calm approach to problem-solving under pressure
- Full UK driving licence (occasional site visits required)
No formal IT background required - just reliability, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
