IT Support Engineer is needed to join the team of this well-established MSP based in the Wallington, Surrey offices. We provide a variety of IT services to clients based in local, national, and European locations., * Provide support remotely and onsite

• Roll out new hardware & software
• Build and manage relationships with clients
• Create and update documentation
• Support the team with new hardware rollouts

Do you have experience in macOS?, * Background in providing IT support

• Work under own initiative
• Time management and ability to multitask
• Understanding of networking
• Understanding of installing, configuring, and supporting various operating systems Windows Server, Windows 11. MacOS
• Experience in PC hardware upgrades
• Understanding of Office 365 Admin Console
• Understanding antivirus and endpoint
• Excellent communication skills
• Organised
• Customer focused
• Natural problem solver
• Flexible
• IT savvy

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in MDM / MAM
• Experience in Virtual Environments
• Experience in backup and recovery solutions
• Experience of VoIP platforms
