Job description
This is a senior, hands-on role leading the delivery and adoption of key IT and business change initiatives, ensuring they deliver real value and are embedded into daily operations. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will act as the bridge between technology and the wider business., * Deliver IT and business change initiatives end-to-end, from initiation through to adoption and benefits realisation
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting
- Act as the link between IT and the business to ensure solutions meet user needs
- Partner with HR on change impact, communications, training, and adoption
- Coordinate internal teams and suppliers to deliver on time and to quality
- Establish practical governance and delivery frameworks
- Manage multiple workstreams and priorities across the business
- Provide clear updates to senior stakeholders
- Ensure changes are embedded into day-to-day operations
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and resistance
Requirements
Do you have experience in Management?, You are a confident delivery professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands that successful change spans people, process, and technology., * Proven IT project/delivery management experience with strong change leadership
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills
- Experience working without established PMO structures
- Background in professional/financial services or regulated environments (desirable)
- A pragmatic, outcomes-focused approach
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- Experience managing suppliers and partners
- Resilience and adaptability under pressure
Desirable Experience
- Microsoft 365, cloud, security, automation, or practice systems
- Change management or service transition frameworks
- Project/programme methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, MSP)
