Requirements
You're a hands-on technical expert who combines creativity with delivery:
- Deep experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Automation and Integration)
- Notable experience with Power Platform or similar low-code tools, alongside broader development skills (e.g. JavaScript, C#, APIs)
- Strong integration and API knowledge
- Passion foruser-centred design and low-code innovation
- Ability to turn ideas into working solutions-fast
- Confident influencing both technical and non-technical audiences
- A natural problem solver, challenger and innovator
- Experienced in documenting solutions and complex solutions in a way that enables smooth handover, knowledge transfer, and long-term support capability.

This isn't business as usual.
You'll lead the technical delivery of our WIDE (Workforce Innovation & Digital Excellence) initiative-designing and building powerful, real-world solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and integrations. Working in a small project team you will:
- Rapidly prototype and deliver solutions that improve productivity and service delivery
- Identify opportunities for smarter, more efficient ways of working
- Demonstrate the art of the possible through low-code innovation
- Influence stakeholders and shape future longer-term digital transformation
- Set best practice and mentor others in Power Platform development
