Payment Solution Architect

• 12+ years of experience leading payment modernization initiatives within the banking or financial services industry
• 10-12 years of strong hands-on experience with Wires and RTP (Send/Receive) payment rails, including complete end-to-end payment flows
• Proven experience working with Payment Hub platforms such as Finastra, FIS, or Volante in large financial environments
• 8+ years of experience with Java, Python, and API Management platforms, including MuleSoft Anypoint, Apigee, and AWS API Gateway
• 8+ years of experience designing and implementing OO and Microservices-based architectures, including MQ, Kafka, MySQL, and PostgreSQL
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with payment messaging standards such as ISO 20022, MT100 FX Wire, and MX messages
• Experience integrating with FRB (Federal Reserve Bank) and TCH (The Clearing House) payment networks
• 8+ years of experience supporting Wires, FX, and RTP customer journeys and payment processing workflows

Payment/Banking Domain:

• Wires, RTP (Real-Time Payments), FX
• Payment messaging standards: ISO 20022, MT100, MX
• End-to-end payment processing for domestic and international payments
• Integration with FRB and TCH networks
• Experience with AML and sanctions screening systems (Actimize Exceed, Fircosoft)
