Responsibilities: Join the LTC ACO as our Data Quality Analyst where you will monitor the quality of data being used by the LTC ACO to make informed business decisions. *Provide quality assurance data oversight on business processes where data is collected, stored, transformed, or used. *Performing data analysis, collaborating with database developers to enhance data collection and storage procedures, and preparing data analysis reports. *Integrate data assets from a variety of systems and sources into LTC ACO systems, ensuring and monitoring the final quality of our internal data stores and flows. *Analyze data for compliance to design specification (source-to-target) and expected/anticipated behaviors, identifying quality issues and recommending solutions. Qualifications
Requirements
*Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, information management, or similar. *At least 2 years of experience in data analysis. *Proficiency in programming languages, including Structured Query Language (SQL) and JavaScript. *Database experience such as Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL *Experience with statistical packages, such as MS Excel, SAS, and SPSS *Knowledge of best practices in data analysis.
