Cloud Solutions Engineer

Insight Global is seeking a Cloud Solutions Engineer to join one of our clients in Denver, CO. This person will be joining a Data Science team focused on implementing AI to improve customer experience. This person will deliver administration, maintenance, and ongoing support of the shared cloud environment. They will build, configure, tune and implement automation for cloud lifecycle and operational improvement. This person will support of the web interface used by customers to access their cloud environment. This person will escalate issues and defects as necessary and work directly with escalation teams (development, network, or engineering) until incidents are fully resolved. In addition, they will provide routine communication with customers on progress, status, and root cause, support customers with DNS, IP, and firewall issues regarding Cloud environment and work directly with architects to help reproduce and resolve customer issues. This role will be performed on-site

7 years of engineering experience

Experience in a Cloud environment

Experience working with AI/data science teams

Networking experience (subnets, VNETS)

Strong understanding of all virtualization types

UNIX systems and automation

Strong understanding of API tools

5 days a week in Denver. The pay is between 60-65/hr.
