Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for early-career IT professionals to build hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. You'll play a key role in supporting end users, troubleshooting technical issues, and expanding your skills across Windows systems, networking, cybersecurity, and Microsoft 365 tools. This role offers a strong foundation to grow your IT career, expand your technical skillset, and make a real impact from day one., * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end users

  • Provide support across Windows 11 environments and enterprise applications
  • Troubleshoot VPN connectivity issues, including GlobalProtect
  • Support Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams
  • Manage and track tickets using ServiceNow or similar systems
  • Assist with basic networking (IP, DNS) and cybersecurity practices (MFA, phishing awareness)
  • Deliver excellent customer service while following standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and team-driven mindset
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows 11 systems
  • Familiarity with VPN tools (Palo Alto GlobalProtect preferred)
  • Working knowledge of networking basics (IP, DNS)
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts (MFA, phishing)
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow

Preferred:

  • CompTIA A+ or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification
  • Experience with ConnectWise, CyberArk, or Citrix VDI

Benefits & conditions

Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $19.00 and $24.05 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
