Job description

You will be a member of the Regional IT Services (RITS) Business Services Team, and as a part of RITS journey to become increasingly centralized and standardized, you will become a part of a dynamic team in implementing RITS strategies across Global IT.

The primary role of this position is to provide Support for the IT Equipment purchasing for Contract Logistics and A&S employees. This involves reviewing employment status and management approvals for new and upgrades to IT Equipment, as well reviewing invoices, Cost Centers and monthly billing support.

Maintaining the database and invoices is also a key task for this position. Ensuring collection of the returned equipment and deciding which can be wiped clean and reused, as well as those that should be recycled, are also tasks associated with this role.

Supporting our colleagues with their issues/questions and train as back-up for the WAN circuit ordering and support.

Responsibilities also include reporting and follow-up on open queries and invoicing for managers., * Ensure timely follow-up and support for all DSV companies IT Equipment order processing and requests.

  • Maintain reporting and invoicing for managers.
  • Review and Answer emails in professional and organized manner. Ensure you maintain confidentiality and follow associated processes to follow up appropriately and timely.
  • Monitor Ticket Queue and ensure they are assigned properly.
  • Maintenance and filing of all documents timely and accurately in compliance with DSV protocols.
  • Attend and contribute to Team support calls as appropriate.

Educational background / Work experience

  • Knowledge of Corporate Processes and Data Management

  • Overall understanding of DSV business processes and interdependencies

  • University degree within Business Administration or a comparable discipline.

  • Working with Service Now.

  • Competent understanding of Microsoft products and strong knowledge of Excel

  • Organizational skills (prioritize, plan, assign and control)

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Understanding of Spanish - helpful but not required

For this position, the expected base pay is: $70,000 - $75,000/ Annual. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, geographic location and other objective business considerations.
