Job description
The Application Laboratory Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and administrative support of application lab activities. This role serves as a central point of contact for lab operations, ensuring the efficient processing of customer samples and smooth communication across internal teams and external partners., * Receive and document incoming customer samples.
- Enter and maintain case information in Salesforce.
- Assist in scheduling case due dates by cross-referencing lab, equipment, and personnel availability.
- Prepare, package, and ship completed applications via FedEx.
- Maintain the group calendar, including vacations, holidays, customer visits, and system buyoffs.
- Maintain handout sample inventory and proactively schedule replenishment as needed.
- Manage lab inventory, including BP40 supplies and lab assets.
- Coordinate lab visits and hospitality support, including arranging lunches, coffee, drinks, and snacks.
- Organize company and group events such as sales meetings.
- Maintain safety protocols and documentation in compliance with OSHA standards and SDS documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word, Excel); experience with scheduling or workflow management tools is a plus.
- Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail, with the ability to take accurate and thorough notes.Positive, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to meeting customer requirements., * High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or customer-facing coordination role preferred.Familiarity with laboratory environments or technical/industrial settings is an advantage.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder to oversee sensitive samples. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS None required. ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to communicate fluidly.
