A rapidly growing fintech company is hiring a Senior Integrations & Implementation Specialist to help scale one of the most critical functions in the business.
This is not a "keep the trains moving" type of role. This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible position where you will help architect how integrations and implementations operate as the company continues to grow.
You'll work directly with leadership, engineering, clients, and third-party partners to build scalable onboarding and integration processes across ERP systems, banking platforms, APIs, and financial data environments.

What You'll Be Doing
- Own integrations and implementations from client kickoff through production deployment
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, engineering teams, ERP providers, banks, and third-party vendors
- Coordinate multiple concurrent implementations while maintaining strong organization and communication
- Partner closely with engineering to scope integrations, manage technical requirements, and track progress through staging, QA, and production
- Read and interpret API documentation and integration requirements
- Create scalable onboarding workflows, implementation playbooks, and repeatable documentation processes
- Identify recurring implementation issues and proactively build process improvements around them
- Manage JIRA tickets and implementation workflows from beginning to end
- Help standardize integrations to create more plug-and-play onboarding experiences for future clients
- Balance both strategic process building and hands-on implementation ownership
Requirements
6+ years of experience in:
- Integrations
- Implementations
- Technical project/program management
- Solutions architecture
- Technical account management
- OR similar client-facing technical environments
Experience working with:
- APIs
- ERP systems
- Banking integrations
- SFTP
- OAuth
- Webhooks
- File-based integrations
- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to manage expectations and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience owning projects end-to-end in fast-paced environments
- Strong process-building and documentation mindset
- Experience coordinating closely with engineering teams
- Ability to manage multiple implementations and competing priorities simultaneously
- Startup or high-growth company experience
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to operate independently
Preferred Qualifications
- SQL exposure
- Fintech experience
- Banking integration experience
- Experience with financial systems, treasury platforms, or accounting technology
- Experience building scalable onboarding or implementation functions

Benefits & conditions
Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year
