Job description

Join a rapidly growing infrastructure and data center solutions company that specializes in enterprise deployments, cloud connectivity, and mission-critical environments. We are seeking a Hands-On Rack & Stack Engineer to support large-scale hardware installations, cabling, server deployments, and infrastructure modernization initiatives across cutting-edge data center environments. This is a full-time opportunity based in King of Prussia, PA. You will be working with technologies including Red Hat Linux, Windows Server environments, Cisco networking equipment, virtualization platforms, and enterprise storage systems.

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on rack and stack or data center experience Experience installing servers, switches, firewalls, and storage hardware Knowledge of structured cabling, patch panels, and cable management Experience with Red Hat Linux and Windows Server administration Familiarity with enterprise hardware vendors such as Dell, Cisco, HP, or Lenovo Ability to troubleshoot hardware connectivity and deployment issues Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to lift and move equipment within data center environments

Desired Skills & Experience Experience working in colocation or enterprise data center environments Knowledge of VMware or virtualization technologies Basic networking knowledge including VLANs, IP addressing, and switch configuration Experience with remote hands support and infrastructure migrations Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Network+, RHCSA, or CCNA Exposure to cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments, Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
