Mainframe Developer with Java (30-40%)

· Develop, maintain, and support mainframe applications using:

1. COBOL

2. JCL

3. CICS

4. DB2

· Participate in enhancement and modernization initiatives involving Java technologies.

· Support integration between legacy mainframe systems and Java-based applications/services.

· Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

· Troubleshoot and resolve production and application issues across both mainframe and Java environments.

· Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, QA, and support teams.

· Participate in Agile ceremonies, documentation, and SDLC processes.

Do you have experience in Systems & applications support?, 1. Strong Mainframe Developer with additional Java development exposure.

2. Comfortable working on both legacy and modern technology stacks.

3. Hands-on experience in production support and application enhancements.

4. Team player with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

5. Flexible for occasional travel to Connecticut, USA.

6. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

7. Good communication and coordination abilities.
