Global Systems Analyst

The Global Systems Analyst will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on translating business needs into scalable and effective system solutions. This role supports enterprise applications, integrations, and process optimization initiatives with a strong focus on Salesforce and cross-functional collaboration., * Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives, workflows, and system requirements

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and vendors to support scalable system solutions
• Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
• Develop and execute test cases and validation scenarios
• Act as a liaison between business teams, IT, and external partners
• Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, fields, page layouts, and Lightning components

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-7 years of experience in a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Strong experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis
• Experience supporting enterprise systems such as Salesforce CRM, ERP, marketing automation, or data platforms
• Experience working with integrations, APIs, and data flows
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies using tools like Jira and Confluence
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce administration and declarative tools
• Foundational knowledge of Apex, SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce development concepts
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Git-based workflows
• Experience supporting regulated or compliance-driven environments
• Salesforce certifications are highly preferred
