Job description
The Applications Analyst III is accountable for production support, high availability of supported systems, project management, process improvement, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction. This role will be responsible for evaluating department policies and procedures and recommending solutions to upper management. This additional role is part of our IT retention plan, giving analysts a career path/opportunity to further develop their skills within IT.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Epic?
Education
Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Minimum Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) years of clinical, Healthcare operations, revenue cycle, information technology or healthcare information technology experience.
- Epic Experience required.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (information technology or clinical/healthcare fields)
License/Certification
Minimum Required:
- Epic Positions: Current Epic certification
Preferred:
- Epic Positions: Certification in one or more Epic applications.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification or equivalent certification.
