Triage Partners is seeking a motivated and technically driven Junior Systems Administrator to support our growing corporate IT environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to advance their IT career while gaining hands-on exposure to Microsoft 365 administration, networking, endpoint management, cloud technologies, and emerging AI initiatives., The Junior Systems Administrator will support day-to-day IT operations across hardware, software, and user environments while assisting with onboarding, troubleshooting, asset management, and technical support. This position offers strong career growth into Systems Engineering and advanced IT infrastructure responsibilities within a fast-paced and rapidly growing organization., * Provide Level 1-2 technical support for end users across hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and mobile devices
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning, access management, and hardware setup/shipping
- Troubleshoot networking issues including DNS, DHCP, and general connectivity problems
- Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, including users, groups, and licensing management
- Maintain accurate IT documentation, procedures, and asset tracking
- Identify recurring technical issues and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities
- Collaborate with internal departments, leadership, vendors, and external partners to support business operations
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
- Support additional IT projects and initiatives as assigned
Requirements
Do you have experience in Network troubleshooting?, * 2-4 years of recent IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration experience
- Experience supporting end users in a customer-facing environment
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, and connectivity troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting workstations and devices
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt within a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure, Conditional Access, or Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Exposure to automation tools, scripting, or AI technologies
- Experience supporting growing or multi-location organizations
- Interest in cloud infrastructure and enterprise IT operations, * IT Support/Helpdesk: 3 years (Required)
- Microsoft 365 Administration: 2 years (Required)
- Network Troubleshooting: 2 years (Required)
