Job description
Day-to-day you'll be assisting everyone from brand new employees, all the way up to the executive team while remaining efficient and effective with all of the tools and software they need. You are comfortable with a broad scope of work, ranging from setting up Macs and PCs, troubleshooting software and hardware, helping team members get connected to various tools and services, standing up new software products and platforms, all while staying organized and efficient from a cost and timing standpoint.
You are a true people person, wanting to help the team however you can, and you are passionate about technology and finding the solutions to problems.
Responsibilities
- Respond to employee issues and tech support requests.
- Help employees troubleshoot IT-related problems spanning AV, computer software, mobile devices, network connectivity, Google Workspace, etc.
- Provide assistance with onboarding of new employees; i.e. setting up computers, accounts, and access to various systems.
- Control access to various cloud-based solutions and assist in the procurement of new systems to improve employee satisfaction and efficiency.
- Provide oversight and maintenance on tools and systems access and licensing, enforcing standard security principles as defined by the company.
- Manage internet/network, virtual or in-person AV, and other systems to keep the organization's tech platforms and communications tools running efficiently.
- Procure and manage computers, monitors, and peripheral equipment for all employees and manage efficient reuse of older equipment.
- Manage the IT needs and cybersecurity risks for a hybrid workforce across the U.S., while assisting the IT Manager and tech team in iterating on processes and systems, and managing updates as needed., Will you now, or in the future, require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H-1B visa status)?* Select... Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years experience working in a mixed Mac & PC environment, with experience setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting both families of devices
- Experience managing iOS and Android devices
- Excellent oral communication and writing, as this role requires constant interaction with team members across departments
- Incredibly detail-oriented and organized, managing multiple streams of work at a time with regular disruptions
- Experience working with remote employees and remote logistics
- Experiencing managing GoogleWorkspace in a team/business capacity
- Experience with Iru/Kandji is a plus
- Experience with Jira
- Familiarity with Security & Deployment of SASE tools
Benefits & conditions
Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
Salary Range:
$75,000 - $85,000 USD
