Job description
We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Systems Engineer I with knowledge of and/or experience working with electro-mechanical devices. This onsite role will support product development, system design, testing, and manufacturing process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering foundation, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative technical environment., * Apply engineering principles, design practices, and implementation methods to support complex systems and engineering assignments.
- Participate in design concept generation, design reviews, and product development activities.
- Perform development, verification, and reliability testing to ensure products meet design specifications.
- Evaluate system interactions and identify opportunities for design improvements.
- Assist in manufacturing process development and support troubleshooting activities.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend engineering solutions for technical issues.
- Support technical team activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Present technical findings, test results, and project data to internal teams.
- Monitor work quality and support continuous improvement initiatives with a Quality First Time mindset.
- Contribute ideas to improve engineering processes and workflows.
- Support innovation activities, including assistance with patentable inventions when applicable.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Mechanical knowledge?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree in engineering?, * Basic understanding of engineering principles, techniques, and problem-solving methods.
- Exposure to or experience with electro-mechanical systems/devices.
- Ability to analyze technical problems and identify practical solutions.
- Familiarity with reviewing technical documentation and conducting technical literature research.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while following established engineering procedures and standards.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including:
- Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Ability to create technical documentation, analyze data, and present engineering findings.
- Knowledge of engineering design, testing, and troubleshooting methodologies., * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Mechatronics, Biomedical, or related discipline).
- 0-3 years of relevant engineering experience (including internships, co-ops, or academic project experience)., * Hands-on experience with product development, testing, or manufacturing support.
- Experience with electro-mechanical devices, system integration, or prototype development.
- Exposure to root cause analysis and process improvement methodologies.
Work Environment
- This is a fully onsite position requiring hands-on engineering support in a lab/manufacturing environment., * Do you have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Mechatronics, Biomedical, or related discipline)?
Experience:
- engineering : 3 years (Preferred)
- electro-mechanical devices or systems: 3 years (Preferred)
