Embedded Software Engineer

Play a key role in supporting the development of payload software, external interfaces, and operating system deployments. Focus on deploying novel systems on Size/Weight/Power constrained computing hardware for space sensor payloads. Participate in all aspects of software design and development, starting with requirements generation and following through implementation, testing, deployment, and support. Leverage a core understanding of Linux fundamentals, fault-tolerant design, device interface implementation, and real-time operating systems. • Focus on operating system deployments for space sensor payloads.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements to support.

This is a fully remote position. The role requires regular use of computer keyboards and controls, and effective verbal and written communication. The pay range for this position is $67.31 - $85.00/hr.
