Job description
- Communicates test plan and resource needs with test lab management according to engineering priority.
- Collaborate with engineers to develop test plans and evaluate facility capabilities.
- Provide test setup and test operation instruction and guidance to test operators.
- Manage engineering inventory of spare parts, tools, and instrumentation.
- Identify and order parts from various appropriate vendors.
- Ensure instrumentation and data acquisition systems are gathering accurate test data and engage test lab to resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot chiller operational issues.
- Document test procedures and best practices for reference by other technicians, engineers, and test operators.
- Document chiller modifications and software upgrades for each prototype.
- Assist engineers to develop chiller modification plans and coordinate with test lab to ensure timely execution.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Productivity software?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, Technical/Associates Degree or equivalent, or 4+ years relevant experience, is required 4+ years Experience with chillers required Professional communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience using an MRP system (SAP and/or MAPICS) is a plus Experience in industrial equipment is preferred
