Job description

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, creative services, and technology-partnering closely with Global IT, Marketing, Digital and tech operations, and cross functional stakeholders to design digital experiences that elevate customer engagement and streamline internal workflows. You will be responsible for designing user interfaces, optimizing user journeys, and contributing to the development of scalable design systems that support both promotional and non personal promotional (NPP) marketing programs. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a matrixed environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is energized by building digital experiences that are both beautiful and functional for patients and providers.

How you will make an impact:

  • Develop visually compelling interfaces that support THV's marketing objectives and enhance user engagement.
  • Create responsive layouts optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
  • Lead all QA and testing across digital assets, web experiences, and promotional materials to ensure flawless functionality, accuracy, and compliance prior to go live.
  • Produce design assets, components, and visual elements for use across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Services team to ensure consistency across print, digital, and experiential touchpoints.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, component libraries, and reusable templates within a marketing platform or system.
  • Ensure digital assets are properly structured, tagged, and version controlled within the asset management system.
  • Provide input on system enhancements, template needs, and workflow optimization.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Global IT, Creative Services, and external agencies to translate business needs into user centered design solutions.
  • Participate in project intake, scoping, and planning discussions to ensure design requirements are clearly defined.
  • Develop and execute test plans, validate functionality, check cross browser and cross device performance, and ensure all assets meet brand, regulatory, and accessibility standards.
  • Partner with Marketing, Creative Services, Global IT, and external vendors to resolve issues quickly and maintain launch timelines.
  • Ensure every asset is fully validated, approved, and production ready before go live.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field. 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, digital design, or interactive design. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design/prototyping tools.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility, and user research methodologies and experience designing for web, mobile, and multi channel digital experiences.

What else we look for (preferred):

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud tools or similar platforms (Workfront, GenStudio, AEM Assets, AEM Sites).
  • Background in medical device, healthcare, life sciences or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats or similar MLR review systems.
  • Experience collaborating with developers and IT teams in agile or hybrid environments.
  • This position is for a contract employee with the opportunity to be hired full time within a year.
