Job description

Operations ServiceNow Group Policy Communication User Accounts Issue Tracking Desktop Support Active Directory Customer Support Help Desk Support Device Management Windows PowerShell Business Valuation Single Sign-On (SSO) Full Stack Development Artificial Intelligence Business Transformation Hardware Troubleshooting Mobile Device Management Critical Illness Insurance End-User Training And Support Troubleshooting (Problem Solving) Microsoft Intune (Mobile Device Management Software), * Provide end user support in a fast-paced MSP environment (tickets, walk-ups, remote support)

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues across Mac and Windows
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory
  • Use PowerShell to support system updates and automation
  • Support O365 administration and user provisioning
  • Work within a ticketing system to track, document, and resolve issues

Requirements

  • 3+ years of helpdesk / desktop support experience
  • Hands-on PowerShell experience (using scripts to push updates, automate tasks)
  • Strong Active Directory experience (create groups, manage users, assign apps)
  • O365 admin experience (not just end-user support)
  • Experience supporting both Windows and Mac environments
  • White glove / high-touch customer support experience, * ServiceNow or similar ticketing tool
  • Experience working in an MSP or high-volume support environment, * Someone who can own a shift and work independently
  • Strong troubleshooting skills beyond basic tickets
  • Comfortable handling multiple users/issues at once
  • Professional, customer-facing communication skills

Benefits & conditions

This is a Contract position based out of Andover, MA. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
