Job description

The Solution Architect reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and supports revenue growth by partnering with sales teams, enterprise customers, and channel partners to position and deliver Entelligence professional services across the Broadcom software portfolio, including VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), security, and infrastructure solutions. Serving as a trusted advisor, this role builds long-term relationships and guides services decisions across the customer lifecycle.

This quota-carrying role requires strong consultative selling skills and spans pre-sales solutioning, technical advisory, and post-sale delivery alignment. The Solution Architect works closely with customers and partners to understand business and technical requirements, design architectural solutions, and drive successful adoption of private cloud and modern infrastructure platforms., * Partner with Revenue Operations Sales teams and channel partners to identify, develop, close, and manage a pipeline of professional services opportunities that support revenue growth and long-term account development.

  • Lead pre-sales activities including discovery, technical scoping, and the development and presentation of architectural solutions aligned to VMware Cloud Foundation and broader Broadcom technologies.
  • Support customers through implementation and post-sale adoption by aligning services, roadmaps, and lifecycle strategies and collaborate with delivery teams to drive alignment between solution design and execution
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across customer and partner organizations
  • Communicate Entelligence's capabilities and value in supporting complex infrastructure and platform initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for expanded services engagement based on customer needs and platform adoption

Requirements

  • 2yrs+ experience in a customer-facing technical role supporting enterprise technology solutions
  • Experience with pre-sales, solution design, or technical consulting in infrastructure, cloud, or platform environments
  • 2yrs + experience supporting an executive sales team, managing multiple solutions across sales and delivery activities
  • Experience working within partner or channel-driven sales environments
  • Experience supporting VMware Cloud Foundation or private cloud solutions, * Relevant certifications, training, or advanced experience related to the role, specifically Braodcom and VMware technology., * Customer Consulting and Advisory: Ability to engage enterprise customers, understand requirements, and translate them into architectural and services solutions
  • Solution Design and Alignment: Ability to develop technical solutions aligned to business outcomes across infrastructure and cloud platforms
  • Consultative Sales Execution: Ability to support and influence the full sales cycle, including discovery, solutioning, and opportunity progression
  • Pipeline and Revenue Management: Ability to manage and advance a pipeline of opportunities to support revenue targets
  • Executive Communication: Ability to engage senior stakeholders and communicate value propositions effectively
  • Platform Knowledge Application: Ability to apply knowledge of VMware, VCF, and related technologies in solution design
