SAP ISU FICA Consultant

8+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP ISU FICA Hands-on experience in: Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA) Dunning & Collections Payments processing Security deposits Write-offs and returns Installment plans Customer account management Strong understanding of SAP ISU integration with: Billing & Invoicing Device Management Customer Service SAP CRM/C4C (preferred) Experience with: Functional configuration Requirement gathering Gap analysis Testing and defect resolution Production support activities Ability to work with technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, and custom developments Experience in utility industry projects is mandatory Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments preferred
